Job description: Job Description:Data Manager – Co-op Own Brand£40,000 to £45,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)Manchester city centre, in this role you’ll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and coming into the office at least twice a week (find out more about our hybrid working policy at ).We’re looking for a Data Manager for Co-op Brand to join our Propositions team here at Co-op. We’ll look to you to champion data and insight making recommendations to influence decision making for Co-op Own Brand products.In this role you’ll be working to deliver our strategy of encouraging customers to buy more Co-op Own Brand products. You’ll analyse projects and product launches through the year, looking at how they perform in-store, online and other channels where Co-op Brand is sold. It’ll be up to you to condense data and provide specific recommendations to support us achieving our overall strategy and targets. This role is a great opportunity to be strategically led by data and insight and ultimately steer the success of our Own Brand products.What you’ll do

  • Translate data into a set of easy to understand recommendations and communicate these to a variety of internal partners
  • Run weekly reports to get an accurate view of the current state of Own Brand products
  • Build relationships with multiple internal teams including Own Brand teams include Product Development and Strategy, Customer Insight, , CDP’s, and Range and Space
  • Answer questions from senior leaders in the business, using data to inform insights and recommendations
  • Analyse data to spot opportunities to improve ways of working
  • Plan and organise your own workload to make sure we deliver against team objectives

This role would suit people who have

  • Previous experience working with financial and customer metrics
  • The ability to interpret commercial data and provide clear direction to teams as an output
  • The confidence to work autonomously and as part as a team
  • Experience interpreting strategy to drive projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor recommendations to a variety of audiences
