We relentlessly innovate to make the prediction, prevention, and treatment of illness and disease more accessible to millions of people.Position Overview:The Digital Data Management Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that an organizations digital data assets are well-organized, secure, and utilized effectively to drive business insights and decision-making. This individual will lead the development and implementation of data management strategies, oversee the quality and accuracy of digital data, and support cross-functional teams with data-driven initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts.
• Partner with digital, product, operations, and other departments to identify and address data needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact with stakeholders to determine priorities.
• Interface with Engineering to provide guidance on data enhancements and platform support.
• Reporting and Analytics Support:
• Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure data readiness for reporting and insights generation.
• Develop in depth analytics that cover digital multi channel populations.

Qualifications and Skills:Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Total 11-13 years of experience with minimum of 5 years of experience in digital data management, analytics, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of implementing data management systems and processes.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data management platforms and tools (e.g., Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python).
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Core Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and reliability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
