We are seeking experienced and highly motivated leaders to take on the role of Director within the Data Management branch, overseeing key responsibilities. As a Data Management Director, you will drive the development and implementation of leading data management practice and policy across the data lifecycle. You’ll oversee the acquisition, utilisation, analysis, and sharing of data, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and governance standards.You will be accountable for:

• the strategic direction, enablement and delivery of major data and analytics related initiatives
• planning, coordinating and directing the work of Assistant Directors in your portfolio
• supporting site-based leadership initiatives, along with growing a high-performing branch culture
• managing performance and developing the capability of staff to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Dandenong, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta, Perth or Sydney CBD.
