The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, possess technical expertise, and be able to effectively manage data assets to drive strategic business decisions.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and govern data assets across the organization to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data management strategies and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to comply with industry regulations and best practices.
• Work with data engineering and data warehousing teams to optimize data pipelines and storage solutions.
• Utilize Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards that support decision-making processes.
• Leverage Snowflake for data storage and processing, enhancing data accessibility and performance.
• Provide data management support for financial products and services, focusing on private banking, wealth, and asset management.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform business strategies.

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience in data management and data governance.
• Proven experience in data engineering and data warehousing.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience with Snowflake is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the financial industry, particularly in private banking, wealth management, or asset management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
