Job description: About the Client:
Our client, a prominent global insurance firm, is seeking an experienced Data Project Manager / Delivery Lead. As a Data Life Cycle Management Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the data lifecycle processes within the organization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with data retention policies and managing the transition to a system that efficiently handles data life management.Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at optimizing data management practices, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies for data retention, archiving, and deletion in line with compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess data needs and establish policies for data lifecycle management.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely completion of objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for data governance and compliance-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience in data management or project management, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle management principles and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in both Cantonese and English is preferred to facilitate communication with stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a cooperative approach to project management.
