Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance Tableau reporting and data governance
• Lead data quality, compliance (including GDPR), and lineage tracking
• Support and implement data-driven initiatives across the business
• Develop and improve data literacy within the team
• Ensure strong processes and controls around data entry and quality

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with Tableau and SQL (Snowflake and Python would be a big plus)
• Strong knowledge of Data Management, Quality, and Governance
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and drive change
• Experience in financial services preferred
