Job description: Disclaimer: Due to urgency this position may be filled before due date if suitable candidates are found.Contract Duration is only 3 DaysExperience: Minimum 01 year of overall experience in relevant field in development sector.Job Description:Mission 1: Data Entry:This position is responsible for:

• Participate in all mandatory training sessions and daily debriefings.
• Check the quality of the data to be entered and inform the immediate supervisor of any problems;
• Calculate the time needed for data entry and keep your immediate supervisor informed of its progress.
• Input the data from the various tools in the agreed upon format ;
• Check and clean the entered data;
• Summarize the entered data in the form of a report.

Mission 2: Data AnalysisThis position is responsible for:

• Elaborate statistics tables to sort and cross the data.
• Write a report on the results.
• Propose improvements in data collection.

Mission 3: Documentation & Data Filing;This position is responsible for:

• Proper documentation of data collection tools and File the computer data.
• Save the data entries regularly as well as the statistical results.
• Keep hard and Soft data organized.

Mission 4: Data Quality & Reporting Responsibility;This position is responsible for:

• Inform the Supervisor if any Professional problems encountered in the Data collection & data entry.
• Present the data to the supervisor at the end of each day.
• Report to the supervisor before and after day’s work for further direction.
• Ensure handling in all the completed household visits and verification’s questionnaires for the Day to the supervisor.

Mission 5: Ensure compliance with ACFs gender equality, child protection sensitivity and Safeguarding policies;This position is responsible for:

• Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender, Child Protection and other safeguarding policies
• Implement all work related activities with a gender, inclusion and child protection lens
• Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability.
• Follow COVID-19 and other safety protocolos during field activities.
