We relentlessly innovate to make the prediction, prevention, and treatment of illness and disease more accessible to millions of people.Data Engineering Lead AnalystPosition Overview:The Data Engineer will play a pivotal role in test data management supporting multiple scrum teams. This role will work with various members of the development team in gathering test data requirements and ensure timely delivery.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gathers and analyzes test data requirements for various applications within the Digital organization.
• Understands a programs architecture/design, logical and physical data models.
• Works with different data sources and external applications team to complete data requirements.
• Defines and estimates project proposals related to test data design and development.
• Ability to work on data architecture projects independently with minimal or no oversight required.
• Examine and discover methods to improve the accuracy, effectiveness, and dependability of data quality and support.
• Maintains the Sales Demo site built to allow clients first-hand experience with the customer portal.

Qualifications:Required Experience / Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in information technology or computer science or engineering or related course work
• 5 to 8 years of solid experience in data management that includes data analysis, data mining and reporting.
• Experience working in database environments like Teradata, Oracle, SQL, MongoDB
• Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS (Databricks)
• Experience using service virtualization tools like DevTest, Micro Focus, etc.
• Knowledge of API tools like Postman, SoapUI, etc.
• Experience in business requirement analysis, test design, defect logging and tracking
• Experience in Git based source control tools like GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environment along with tools like Jira, Rally, etc.

Desired Experience:

• Healthcare domain knowledge
• Automation framework knowledge like Cypress, WebdriverIO
• Programming skills like TypeScript, JavaScript, Python
• Familiarity with Tableau or other analytics software
• Experience in testing methodologies, software testing principles and test management tools
• Solid understanding of web and mobile testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid analytical skills, highly organized, self-motivated and a quick learner
• Flexible and willing to accept change in priorities as necessary.
