With decades of history in championing their specialist end to end engineering solutions, they are now having an exciting opportunity to call for a senior FM leader with sound track record of data centre/ critical environment facilities management exposures to join their department.About the RoleDirectly reporting to the BU Top Management, this pivotal role involves overseeing both business commercial activities and managing end to end FM solutions for clients and business partners

• Strategic leadership to manage a large team to ensure smooth facility operations, managing end-to-end data centre facilities management
• Closely liaise with internal department and teams to ensure the smooth operation of facilities
• Implement and execute maintenance strategies and policies to comply with group’s policy in safety, quality and environmental aspect
• Engage and supervise external consultants and contractors to ensure the works are up to quality, cost and program

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder in electrical/ mechanical/ building services engineering services or equivalent
• Around 10 years’ relevant experience in Data Centre facility operation & maintenance with sound track record as leadership position in a sizeable company
• Flexible and agile with proven capabilities to liaise with different stakeholders, internal and external
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
