Our Group employs approximately 2000 people from 41 different nationalities, which contributes to our multicultural and multi-national environment.Job PurposeThe Data & Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading the data and analytics team within the Group IT department. This role involves overseeing data management, data analysis, and data visualization efforts to support business decision-making and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, analytics, and IT, with excellent leadership and communication skills.Job Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage the Data and Analytics Team: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Ensure the team is aligned with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Develop and Implement Data Management Strategies: Create and enforce policies and procedures for data management to ensure data integrity, quality, and security. This includes data governance, data architecture, and data lifecycle management.
• Oversee Data Collection, Storage, and Analysis: Supervise the processes of data collection, storage, and analysis to generate actionable insights. Ensure that data is accurate, reliable, and accessible for decision-making purposes.
• Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. This involves identifying key metrics, developing data models, and delivering insights that drive business performance.
• Design and Implement Data Visualization Tools and Dashboards: Create and maintain data visualization tools and dashboards that present data in a clear and actionable manner. Ensure that stakeholders can easily interpret and utilize the data for strategic decision-making.
• Stay Up-to-Date with Trends and Technologies: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data science and analytics. Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies that can enhance the team’s capabilities and improve data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure Compliance with Data Privacy Regulations: Ensure that all data management practices comply with relevant data privacy regulations and company policies. This includes implementing data protection measures and conducting regular audits to identify and mitigate risks.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in data management, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Strong knowledge of data science tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data privacy regulations and best practices.
