Reporting to the Applications Team Lead, we are after someone with exceptional customer service skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, and a team player.
The focus with be creating and maintaining data analysis tools including Tableau and Qlik sense that is used across all VENTORA brands.Key Responsibilities

• Managing/administering benchmark/myEHS environment
• Building new dashboards and reports to present data
• Delivering a high level of IT support to all business users
• Investigating and resolving problems with applications
• Ability to identify and propose better ways of working with our applications
• Communicating with users, the IT team and vendors as appropriate
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across integrated systems.

About You

• Qualifications in Tableau as Data Analyst (Essential)
• Experienced in reporting and dashboard creation in Qlik view and Qlik sense
• Experience administrating Access and Security models in BI Tools including Qlik.
• Excellent User and Support document writing
• Exposure to EHS systems and policies
• Exposure to ERP systems
• Ability to communicate with users from all parts of the business
• General understanding of IT environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with EDI and SQL (Highly Desirable)

Expected salary: $60001 – 80000 per year
