Job description: Employment Type: W2 Candidates OnlyWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Richmond, VA, in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Exadata or 10g, and demonstrate strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. A background in wholesale credit products and client onboarding/KYC processes is essential.You will play a key role in developing design solutions, building and validating test scenarios, and ensuring seamless integration into enterprise systems. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to refine user stories, estimate delivery efforts, and contribute to end-to-end solution delivery in Agile environments.Develop and validate design solutions aligned with business needs.Refine user stories and define functional and non-functional requirements.Build test scenarios and ensure robust, scalable interfaces.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and guide prioritization and sprint planning.Conduct data analysis using advanced SQL queries and stored procedures.Contribute to spikes and proof of concepts to explore innovative ideas and mitigate delivery risks.Collaborate across business and technical teams to capture end-to-end solution context.Present findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Must-Have Skills & ExperienceStrong PL/SQL proficiency with the ability to write and debug complex queries and stored procedures.Experience with Oracle Exadata or Oracle 10g+ platforms.Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Domain knowledge of Wholesale Credit Products and Client Onboarding / KYC processes.Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.Core CompetenciesAnalytical thinking and attention to detail.Strong problem-solving and innovation skills.Ability to synthesize information across systems for an end-to-end perspective.Effective communication and storytelling skills – technical and executive-level.Strong team collaboration and leadership influence.Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.Estimation capabilities (effort, time, and financials).TopTech Talent is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
