Candidate Current Location: UAEWhat Does a Data Analyst in MIS & BI Do?As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and visualizing business-critical data. Your insights will empower various departments including Sales, HR, and Finance to make data-driven decisions and optimize their planning and performance strategies.What Are the Key Responsibilities?– Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to management and key stakeholders
– Create and automate dashboards and planning documents using Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx
– Collaborate with internal teams to identify performance gaps and implement insight-driven solutions
– Support incentive simulations and communicate breakdowns to relevant departments
– Schedule and lead stakeholder meetings to understand operational challenges
– Maintain high data accuracy, integrity, and confidentialityWhat Skills Are Needed for a Data Analyst Role in Dubai?Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, HR, or related disciplineExperience & Technical Skills:
– Minimum 5 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in Automotive or a similar fast-paced sector
– Proficiency in data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx
– Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
– Deep understanding of MIS reporting, dashboard creation, and business KPI tracking
