• Understand business requirements and challenges, identifying ways Data Analyst can address these issues or uncover new opportunities for leveraging data to enhance business solutions.
• Analyse data from company databases to drive optimization in product development, marketing strategies, and overall business operations.
• Explore and process internal and external data sources, ensuring the data’s integrity by cleansing and verifying it for analysis.
• Enhance data collection procedures to ensure they capture all relevant information needed for robust analytics and model-building.
• Perform data wrangling and exploratory data analysis, implementing anomaly detection systems and continuously monitoring their performance.
• Conduct ad-hoc report and analysis as needed and communicate results clearly to stakeholders, proposing actionable solutions and strategies to tackle business challenges.
• Work closely with data engineers, product development teams, and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on data initiatives and effective communication of insights.
• Develop and present information using data visualization tool (Power BI).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Machine Learning & Statistics / Applied Science
• At least 1 – 3 Year(s) of working experience in in analysing, developing, and applying advanced techniques to turn data into insights.
• Demonstrated experience in all phases of managing data analysis engagements including problem definition, solution formulation and delivering measurable impact.
• Hands-on experience in Data Analyst projects using: SQL, MySQL, Python Programming, Power BI
• Knowledge and experience in the following areas: Machine Learning, Data Mining, Data Modelling, Statistics & Data analysis.
• Knowledge in MSSQL and extracting data and explore the linkage between the data.
• Experience in building dashboards and reports for Management and Operational levels (using Power BI)
