• Conducting in-depth business performance analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed management reports utilizing advanced data visualization tools and techniques.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives by consolidating data and applying analytical methodologies.
• Leverage data analytics to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee daily operations related to internal third-party coordination and payment processing, including regular reporting and resolution of aging debts or discrepancies through data-driven analysis.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking industry, with a strong emphasis on management information (MI), reporting, data consolidation, and analytics.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively convey analytical findings.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
