Conducting in-depth business performance analysis to support decision-making processes.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
Prepare detailed management reports utilizing advanced data visualization tools and techniques.
Drive cross-functional initiatives by consolidating data and applying analytical methodologies.
Leverage data analytics to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Oversee daily operations related to internal third-party coordination and payment processing, including regular reporting and resolution of aging debts or discrepancies through data-driven analysis.
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking industry, with a strong emphasis on management information (MI), reporting, data consolidation, and analytics.
Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively convey analytical findings.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
