Job description: Collect, analyse, and interpret data to provide insights that inform business decisions. Generate each of outlet/store sales stock reports from Xilnex or Qianyi system for Management to review. Work closely with the department superior or colleague to identify the issue of system enhancements. To support departmental and store computer hardware, software and system troubleshooting when necessary. To create SOP to kept data storage and security, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies. Support the implementation and maintenance of new technologies and system updates. Create company email for the new joiner and inactive the resigned staff email. Handle additional data or IT tasks as assigned by Management from time to time. To coordinator and set up the company phone directory. , Candidate must possess bachelor’s degree in data science, IT, Computer Science or related field. Minimum two years working experience in retail wholesales industry. Must be able to speak & write in Chinese, Mandarin & Cantonese. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis. Positive working attitudes, teamwork spirit, self-discipline and strong planning skills. Possess own transport. Familiarity with data management systems, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity best practices is a plus. Others Working Hours 9am to 6pm. (Monday to Friday) Alternate Saturday (9am to 6pm) 12 days of Public Holiday Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Hospitalization Leave is following EA. Marriage Leave 2 days, Compassionate Leave 3 days. 2 months probations period. If working place base on HQ Menara AIA Sentral, staff season parking claim 50%.
