Our industrial placement programme runs for 13 months and is open to pre-university (gap year) or university placement year students. It offers hands-on experience with a wide array of tools, including Microsoft Excel, Power Automate, Power BI, Python, and other project-specific software. • Analysing and automating processes across a range of areas (Finance, Annuity & Service, HR, Capital, Professional Services and more) within the business, using Microsoft’s Power Platforms and Python
• Working with senior stakeholders (up to VP level) to gather and present data.
• Assisting departmental reporting
• Supporting projects globally across various operating committees (active in multiple continents)
• General ad-hoc project and professional support

You will ideally have

• Students studying a STEM-based subject at A-level or Bachelor’s
• Interested in Mathematics, Finance, Engineering and/or Science (Computer and Natural)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of accountability
• A drive to learn and be proactive
