Job description: – The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing relationships with potential and existing clients.- The role requires proactive sales strategies to meet revenue goals and contribute to the company’s growth. no incentive, no targetsKey Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research, networking, and prospecting.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expand the client base.Client Meetings & Presentations: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients, present services/products, and address customer needs.Proposal & Contract Development: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company targets.Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify business opportunities.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align on customer needs and develop tailored solutions.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets in CRM systems.Follow-Up: Ensure post-sale customer satisfaction, handling any issues or concerns that may arise.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. – Years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build rapport and engage with clients at various levels.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Knowledge of [industry-specific knowledge] is a plus.
