As a Damage Restoration Specialist – Business Development, you will play a critical role in securing new business opportunities by identifying restoration needs, building strong client relationships, and driving sales conversions. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering technical insights and tailored recovery solutions to clients while spearheading business expansion efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into sales.Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, insurance providers, and industry stakeholders to expand our market presence.Assess damage restoration needs, develop tailored solutions, and present recovery strategies to prospective clients.Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends, competitor activity, and new business avenues.Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with operational execution, ensuring seamless service delivery.Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights to enhance revenue growth.Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to strengthen brand positioning.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.5 to 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in restoration, construction, or related industries.Strong business development and client engagement skills, with a proven track record in securing projects.Technical expertise in electrical systems, infrastructure restoration, and compliance standards.Excellent communication, negotiation, and project coordination abilities.Ability to analyze market trends, develop business strategies, and execute growth initiatives.Willingness to travel and engage in global restoration projects as needed.BenefitGlobal exposure and the opportunity to work with industry-leading professionals.Career growth within a pioneering team in restoration services.

Expected salary: 96000 – 120000 per year
