Job description: D365 CRM Developer Australian Citizen with Baseline Security Clearance or ability to obtainCanberra, Australia (Open to major cities across Australia)We are seeking a skilled D365 CRM Developer to develop, configure, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions. The role involves building CRM modules, integrating external data sources, and ensuring a user-friendly experience while working within an Agile project team.Key Responsibilities:Develop CRM Modules and Workflows from documented user stories and requirements.Configure CRM integrations to support data flows between Azure SQL, TechOne (finance system), and the Department’s Data Platform.Customize the CRM interface to enhance user experience.Maintain and contribute to technical design documentation.Work within a multidisciplinary Agile team.Required Skills & Experience:Technical (D365):Experience in developing and configuring D365 modules.Configuring external data source integrations into D365.Developing CRM workflows and dashboards based on business needs.Implementing CRM security models, access controls, and role permissions.Data migrations into CRM, including script development.Technical (Ancillary):Development experience with Azure Service Bus, Dataverse API, Power Automate Flow, and background workflow plug-ins.Proficiency in ASP.Net, .NET Framework, and C# development.Experience with Azure DevOps for source control, builds, and deployments.Tracking and managing tasks in Azure DevOps.Experience with SharePoint Online.Cultural Fit:Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.Strong communication skills to articulate progress and status.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project scope.Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Work Eligibility:Must be an Australian Citizen.Must hold or have the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.#CRMDeveloper #D365 #MicrosoftDynamics #Azure #DevOps #PowerAutomate #CSharp #DotNet #Agile #TechJobs #GovernmentJobs #SecurityClearance #CanberraJobs #AustralianJobs #CloudComputing #DataIntegration #SharePoint #FinanceSystems #perthjobs #adelaidejobs #tasmaniajobs #darwinjobs #melbournejobs
