Job description: JOB OVERVIEWAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional support via email, chat, and social media. You must have a quiet home workspace with a reliable internet connection, as your role will involve providing support through various digital channels.Primary Responsibilities:
Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
Review, investigate, and resolve customer issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Address product recalls, warranty questions, and terms of sale.
Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and Team to uphold company standards for first-class customer service.
Manage and prioritize support issues, diagnosing and resolving problems related to Chefman products.
Follow up on general customer service issues as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Support role.
Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is preferred.
Must be proficient in reading and writing English.
High-energy, friendly, and outgoing personality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly master connectivity with Chefman products.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, standard PC hardware, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common software.
Training Period: New hires will work 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST during training. However, we can be flexible on start and end times depending on the candidate’s location.
Post-Training: Once training is complete, working hours will be adjusted based on the new hire’s time zone.
