Job description: JOB OVERVIEWAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional support via email, chat, and social media. You must have a quiet home workspace with a reliable internet connection, as your role will involve providing support through various digital channels.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
  • Review, investigate, and resolve customer issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Address product recalls, warranty questions, and terms of sale.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and Team to uphold company standards for first-class customer service.
  • Manage and prioritize support issues, diagnosing and resolving problems related to Chefman products.
  • Follow up on general customer service issues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Support role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is preferred.
  • Must be proficient in reading and writing English.
  • High-energy, friendly, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly master connectivity with Chefman products.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, standard PC hardware, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common software.
  • Training Period: New hires will work 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST during training. However, we can be flexible on start and end times depending on the candidate’s location.
  • Post-Training: Once training is complete, working hours will be adjusted based on the new hire’s time zone.
