Job description: JOB OVERVIEWAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional support via email, chat, and social media. You must have a quiet home workspace with a reliable internet connection, as your role will involve providing support through various digital channels.Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
- Review, investigate, and resolve customer issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Address product recalls, warranty questions, and terms of sale.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and Team to uphold company standards for first-class customer service.
- Manage and prioritize support issues, diagnosing and resolving problems related to Chefman products.
- Follow up on general customer service issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Support role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is preferred.
- Must be proficient in reading and writing English.
- High-energy, friendly, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly master connectivity with Chefman products.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, standard PC hardware, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common software.
- Training Period: New hires will work 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST during training. However, we can be flexible on start and end times depending on the candidate’s location.
- Post-Training: Once training is complete, working hours will be adjusted based on the new hire’s time zone.
