Role? Customer Support Agent to ensure fast, competent solutions for customer inquiries, playing a key role in optimizing the customer experience across our platforms, DBA and Bilbasen.
Location? Join our dedicated team in Højbjerg, Aarhus, with the option to work hybrid and collaborate across our Nordic offices.

WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?
As a Customer Support Agent for DBA and Bilbasen, you are at the heart of delivering excellent customer service. Your primary responsibility is responding to customer inquiries via email and chat, focusing on providing fast and efficient solutions that ensure a great customer experience.You troubleshoot technical issues and describe them clearly, ensuring our users feel supported and valued. Every day, you actively contribute ideas for improving both DBA and Bilbasen, working closely with your team of five full-time colleagues and 12 students. Your work extends beyond routine tasks as you help identify opportunities to optimize customer experiences on our platforms.Collaboration is key in this role. You regularly work with colleagues from Denmark, as well as teams across Norway, Sweden, and Finland, ensuring consistency in our support processes. You’ll also play a role in regular meetings to align on feedback and goals, while ensuring messaging and technical solutions are aligned across borders.The challenge to turn into an opportunity?
Managing customer inquiries across multiple systems can be demanding, especially when technical issues arise. However, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting, you’ll ensure smooth, effective solutions.
