Job description: Job ResponsibilitiesHandle telephone & email enquiries and welcome customers’ feedback in a professional mannerEstablish a professional image as Software Guidance / Solution Provider / AdviserMaintain a good customer relationship by providing one-stop customer serviceProvide excellent quality service to our valued customers with a great expectation & satisfactionHelp with ad-hoc assignments and deliver to internal usersWilling to assist customer operation training and will be given an opportunity to train as trainerJob RequirementsForm 5 or above, preferable with Certificate / Diploma in Service Management or Computer StudiesKnowledge in general Microsoft Office applications usageGood command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese, and MandarinPleasant personality, patient, and able to work under pressureExperience in shipping or import/export trade is an advantageExperience in evening and overnight shift is preferable, attractive allowance are providedImmediately available preferredFresh graduate will be consideredAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
