Based in the Palmerston North Office, you will be providing support to customers via phone, email and online throughout New Zealand as well as proactively reaching out to customers for feedback and to grow sales.BENEFITS:

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries with technical expertise.
• Proactively contact customers to build and refresh relationships, growing sales.
• Liaise with colleagues both onsite and at other locations, positively contributing to an upbeat and conscientious culture.
• Maintain, build and refine customer database, with a focus on accuracy.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Technically skilled – Proven knowledge and experience with industrial products and applications. Power Transmission, Bearings or Conveyor background is highly desirable.
• Customer focused – Naturally confident to connect with customers and determined to deliver the best service possible.
• Well presented, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
