Job description: Musgrave MarketPlace are recruiting a Customer Service / Telesales Representative to join their team at their Head Office in North Dublin. Musgrave Marketplace operates seven Marketplace sites across the Republic of Ireland and a Central Distribution Centre delivering to thousands of our Food Service & Retail customers across the country.The purpose of this role is to build and maintain fantastic relationships with our customers across the Food Service and Retail sectors through the provision of excellent support with all their sales and service needs.This is a fast-paced role in a busy and dynamic contact-centre environment.This role is initially office-based with an opportunity for hybrid-working once fully trained and demonstrating the competence required to work remotely.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound sales and service calls in line with agreed service levels.
• Liaise with other internal departments to resolve any customer issues promptly.
• Up-sell and cross-sell products from the extensive Musgrave range.
• Promote and support the digital ordering proposition.
• Manage delivery size and frequency to ensure efficient use of warehouse and transport resource.
• Build effective relationships with customers and internal colleagues.
• Manage sales administration in compliance with GDPR and regulatory processes.
• Support the sales team to increase product range and meet sales targets

Experience, Skills & Education :

• A minimum of 1 years` experience in a busy customer-focused environment.
• Competency in PC packages including the MS office suite and Office 365.
• A strong commitment to providing the best customer experience coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work using initiative and to complete tasks to a high degree of accuracy and quality.
• A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a varied and challenging workload.
• Leaving certificate (Essential), 3rd Level Qualification (Desirable)
