Job description: Beacon Excellence Academy (BEA) is seeking a Telemarketer with strong communication skills and a proven background in handling both inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting with prospective students, providing course information, and assisting in the enrollment process.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing students.
  • Provide accurate information about our courses, timings, discounts, and enrollment procedures.
  • Maintain a record of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the Excel system.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align calling campaigns with online promotions.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing, including both inbound and outbound calling.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Working hours: 1 PM to 9 PM
  • Customer service experience in the educational sector is preferred.
  • Experience as a telemarketer in an educational institute is preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Compensation:This position offers a basic salary plus commission, with commission based on the number of successful student conversions.
