We call it selling it to you straight.About the rolesWe’re excited to welcome new Customer Service Stars to our team based in our modern Hamilton Central office. This is your chance to be a part of something big and contribute to New Zealand’s sustainable future. We are currently looking to fill permanent, full-time Customer Service Representative roles.In these roles you will:

  • Serve as the voice of our business, accurately processing customer requests while providing exceptional service.
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to add value and handle a variety of tasks and enquiries.
  • Meet productivity and performance metrics in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

These are diverse and busy roles with great training within fantastic supportive teams. Our people are our greatest asset and to get you started we provide comprehensive training and on the job support. You would work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. Paid training kicks off on May 12th. Once you are established and performing in your role, hybrid working arrangements can be discussed.About you

  • Demonstrated customer service experience with high emotional intelligence.
  • Confidence navigating multiple computer systems.
  • A friendly and helpful nature with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to learn on the job.
  • A real team focus – we support each other and jump in when needed.
