Then read on.The opportunity:As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be providing AIA customers with assistance that is targeted to their needs and is an effective and efficient resolution of their enquiry. Come join our fun and dedicated team that strives to go above and beyond to help our customers!Key responsibilities include:Receiving inbound calls and building effective relationships with our key stakeholdersNavigating a variety of IT systemsProviding clear and concise information, processing requests and making good business decisionsIdentifying opportunities for process improvementsCreating loyalty with our customers through providing an outstanding customer experience.Ideally, you’ll bring:Previous experience working in a contact centre (preferred)Proven customer service and relationship building experienceA positive attitude and a demonstrated empathy to put yourself in the customer’s shoesProven ability to learn new systems and navigate through complex informationInterested and/or knowledge in technology, digital, health & wellbeing.Why choose AIA?At AIA, we believe in empowering every one of our people to find their ‘better’.
