They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our client.Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $21.88 per hour
Location: Open to anyone across Canada
Location Type: Remote
Business Hours: Must be available to work shifts Monday to Friday 8:00am to 8:00pm on a rotational basis. Working in ESTJob Responsibilities:

• Responsible for answering both technical and Group Disability Claim inquiries via phone and/or e-mail. Customers may be internal or external and their inquiries may vary – fast paced environment with a consistent call volume.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Effective communication with plan members and plan sponsors in a calm and professional manner.
• Access appropriate information from various client’s systems.
• Research and resolve inquiries within specified timelines.
• Handle sensitive issues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain confidentiality of private personal information.
• Provide online claims submission technical support ie. Password resets, client’s ID assistance and troubleshooting.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year previous experience in a customer service environment or admin/clerical experience
• Proficient computer and keyboarding skills
• Demonstrate adaptability and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Customer focus and solution oriented
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills – team player
• Strong attention to detail
• Well organized and able to prioritize work
• Ability to meet deadlines
