- Must be familiar with basic computer operations and simple calculator spreadsheets.
- Typing speed requirement: 45 words per minute.
- Good online communication skills, able to understand and handle issues from Mandarin speaking customers.
- Strong team awareness and initiative, good work and learning attitude, ambition, and ability to handle pressure.
Responsibilities
- Pure typing customer service, responding to customers via Shopee and WeChat.
- Quickly respond to customer messages and resolve their issues.
