Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
Make outbound calls from time to time for follow-ups and coordination.
Resolve customer queries efficiently.
Manage customer and creditor data.
Set up repayment agreements and follow up on payments.
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality.

Requirements:

ACCA/Financial background preferred
Fluent in English (spoken, written, listening)
Strong computing, email, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good interpersonal and organizational abilities
Able to handle customer complaints and meet performance targets
