This role plays a key part in strengthening our processes and enhance productivity with good quality / service.Customer Service Coordinator (Contract Logistics Team)COLLABORATE: your responsibilitiesProviding customer services as a key contact to the customersProviding counter services e.g. document checking for cargo reception and releasingWorking and communicating closely with warehouse team and distribution vendorsHandling import / export documents, shipment booking and customs declarationOperating and inputting data to WMS / customers’ systemsPreparing daily reports, billing summary, cost booking and invoicing with accuracyPreparing labels to warehouse teamAssisting team leader to streamline the existing workflow, to ensure the process is compliance with SOPs, KPIs and policies, and to maintain ISO 9001:2015 & ISO14001:2015Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superiorsCONTRIBUTE: your qualificationsF.5 or above with minimum 3 years relevant experience in logistics / warehousing / freight forwardingExperience in 3PL with customer facing is preferredGood knowledge in warehouse workflow and application of WMSWilling to learn, strong sense of responsibility, self-initiative and detail-mindedGood communication skillGood command of both spoken and written English and ChineseProficient in MS Office specially in Excel (V-lookup / Pivot-Table)Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service ClerkARE YOU INTERESTED?We offer attractive remuneration packages (double pay, medical / dental / life insurance) to the successful candidate.
