A busy, successful, and growing manufacturing company is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join their customer service team.We’re seeking someone who has experience in a similar role, whether front-facing or phone-based, and is eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a supportive team environment. This role is key to ensuring every customer has a positive experience, so a friendly, proactive attitude is a must!This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), working Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.Key Responsibilities:
