Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Operations Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting supplier relations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Relations:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers monthly.
Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring responses drive sales.
- Follow up with potential customers and handle complaints efficiently.
- Track customer satisfaction and resolve issues to enhance service.
Order Management:
- Confirm orders via phone calls and WhatsApp and fulfill them the same day.
- Verify accuracy of all orders before dispatch and coordinate deliveries.
Content Posting:
- Post engaging content daily, including product videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and monitor content performance.
Reporting & Collaboration:
- Provide daily operational reports and track performance metrics.
- Work closely with other departments and attend team meetings.
General Guidelines:
- Maintain professionalism and follow company policies.
- Ensure timely and efficient task completion.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in managing supplier relations and product listings.
