Job description: Reporting Group:RMGRMGRMG is growing and its medium sized inbound Customer Service Contact Centre has exciting opportunities for permanent Customer Service Advisors, to join our supportive team based in Northwich.To be considered for these opportunities, you must be able to work a rota’d shift between 8am and 8pm and be fluent in both written and spoken English.As a Customer Service Advisor in our Inbound Customer Contact Centre, you will join a friendly team of established and supportive Customer Service colleagues and become the voice of RMG. You’ll be confident building rapport with our customers, answering a variety of queries relating to their properties and accounts.Our scheduled start date is Tuesday 1st April 2025. Please note that due to our structured and comprehensive training schedule, no holidays or appointments can be taken for 1 month from 1st April to ensure you don’t miss any valuable training and you’re able to put into practice what you have learnt.What will I be doing day to day?
What hours will I be working?Our Customer Service Centre is a 24/7 operation to ensure we’re always available to respond to customer’s queries. You’ll be working a shift rotation working a 7.5hr shift between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, working 1 weekend in 4, with days off in lieu. You must be able to work between 8am and 8pm on Saturday and Sunday also.What are we looking for from you?We’re looking for self-motivated people with a positive attitude.
