Job description: Customer Service AdministratorOur Naas-based client is seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have the flexibility to cover additional hours when necessary. This role will involve handling general administrative tasks, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining social media presence.Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day office operations using Power Diary and Excel. Handle scheduling, correspondence, and general office duties.
  • Sales Assistance: Support the sales team, handling inbound calls with a professional telephone manner. Follow up on leads and inquiries.
  • Accounts Management: Use Sage 50 Accounts for basic bookkeeping and financial tasks.
  • Social Media Management: Maintain and update company social media platforms with relevant content.
  • Flexibility: Provide additional cover for holidays or sick days, with the ability to work full-time hours for a minimum of 3 weeks per year.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with Power Diary and Sage 50 Accounts is a bonus but not essential
  • Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, with good spoken and written English
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably with sales support
  • Ability to work flexible hours and cover full-time as needed
  • Social media skills for posting and updating content on platforms

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM
  • Must be flexible to cover holidays or sick days (minimum of 3 weeks per year of 40-hour weeks)
