Cloud Renewals Executives (CREs) demonstrate skills and knowledge in renewal strategy, deal architecture, customer negotiation and internal navigation of commercial and legal teams.We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Cloud Renewal Executive to join our fast-growing Customer Renewal team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting cloud subscription renewals while playing a critical role in educating and guiding customers on the adoption of the Master Cloud Customer Agreement (MCCA) as part of SAP’s contractual standardization strategy.This is an excellent entry point into the world of cloud renewals, offering exposure to commercial operations, customer relationship management, and contract lifecycle management within a global technology leader.Key Responsibilities:
