Job description: My client is global well known healthcare brand. Looking to enhance their order management function, they are now in search of an Customer Order Officer .Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Serve as an individual contributor to oversee the order operations process among global branches, manufacturers, and clients.
• Ensure the accuracy of purchase orders, packing lists, and invoice documentation.
• Assist the management team with product costing and pricing analysis from suppliers, providing general market insights.
• Manage the order flow through the Hong Kong office.
• Coordinate with sales and procurement teams for product and material sourcing.
• Liaise with manufacturers and production teams to ensure adherence to logistics timelines.

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of order management experience within consumer goods industry
• Experience coordinating with China / foreign manufacturers
• Proficient in advanced Excel function including Pivot Table and Vlookup
• Good communication skills and team player mentality
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Cantonese speaking would be an advantage

Expected salary: HKD32000 – 36000 per month
