Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!This new role will support engagement activities to ensure the voice of customers is heard across Alliance Homes and influences our strategies, service development and policies.You will help the Customer Engagement Officer to deliver customer forums, panels and consultation on change of policies, strategy and services alongside promoting these activities with a focus on inclusion.You will also get the chance to lead on customer engagement in our communities and age-related schemes to better understand the customer service experience on a wide range of topics.You will showcase customer engagement impact through monthly reporting, highlighting achievements, challenges, plans and progress.This is a great chance to utilise the customer service skills you have honed to make a real difference to our customer’s experience in the future.About You:You will already have front-line customer experience, understand customer satisfaction measures and the Regulator of Social Housing-consumer standards.You will also have some experience of organising and supporting groups of people, with an understanding of a range of community engagement techniques.A people-person, your interpersonal skills will be excellent, and you will have the ability to listen and communicate well.Due to the nature of this role, a full driving licence and access to your own car is needed. Expected salary: £29000 per year
