Job description: Customer Due Diligence ExecutiveA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a CDD Executive to play a key role in safeguarding both our customers and the business here at Flutter UKI. We are looking for an experienced professional, with a Risk or due diligence background and/or experience working in a regulated industry being desirable but not a necessity. Hosting diverse skills, you will be able to personalise your approach to identifying problem gambling & potential money-laundering cases, and be confident in speaking with customers.As part of our ambition to be the safest place to gamble we are expanding our focus on customer due diligence, affordability and Safer Gambling, and have a designated team to facilitate this.Shifts will fall between the hours of 08:00am – 20:00 weekdays, and 08:00am-18:00 weekends, working 5 out of 7 days.Training – Initial 6 weeks in office training, followed by continued period of CDD training with additional hybrid flexibility upon training completion.What you’ll doCompiling customer due diligence reports by reviewing customer accounts and building customer profiles using internal and open sources. You will make risk based decisions on appropriate outcomes following affordability reviews and the completion of due diligence reports (including escalating higher-risk or potentially fraudulent cases where appropriate).Reviewing documents and information provided by our customers to assess their affordability, in line with information provided by our 3rd party provider.Speaking to customers via phone/email/chat to understand their affordability, cover Know Your Customer (KYC) and hold Safer Gambling focussed interactions.Reviewing potential PEPs and Sanctions matches and escalating where appropriate.Dealing with referrals and escalations from other areas of the business in real timeA focus on providing a great customer experience throughout the CDD & Affordability process, whilst also ensuring that work is completed to a high standard and service level agreements are met for all cases.How you’ll do it:Demonstrate a logical and structured thought process to facilitate sound decision-making and justification. The role requires our executives to think and act for the customer, to promote groundbreaking thinking and be an amazing colleague by maintaining a positive attitude, listening to and enjoy helping people.Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, work to tight deadlines and thrive in high-pressure situations.Have experience in identifying risk and making risk based decisions.
