Job description: Responsibilities The Customer Due Diligence team focuses in determining if the submitted application is within legal and regulatory compliance based on the approved interpretations from our monthly updated Customer Due Diligence Manual. The following responsibilities, includes but not limited to: Processing of applications submitted by the Sales or Fulfilment/On-Boarding Teams in ECT. Conduct credentialing of applications and/or change requests following established credentialing procedures. Analyze organizational credentials, including but not limited to: Initial review of application to verify all required sections are completed; and Ensure appropriate documents for requested access are attached and are accurate / current (ie: business licenses, articles of incorporation, leasing and utility documents, client licenses etc.). Contacting customers via the phone or email depending on the business requirement/s. Attaching necessary research and documentations to justify the direction of the applications based on the approved third-party tools. Providing appropriate documentation/notation in the ECT per regulatory/credentialing compliance. Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in college (no back subjects/incomplete units) With experience in a BPO/ shared services environment handling both back-office and voice calls support. 1-2 years general business experience preferred Experience with customers, and account set-up preferred Basic computer skills (MS Office/Outlook) Possess sense of urgency while being able to focus and pay attention to detail Strong Research skills using 3rd party tools preferred. Ability to prioritize and learn quickly in a production based environment Investigative oriented; strong focus and attention to detail Good organizational skills Strong decision-making ability and is able to work independently. Has good team spirit and is able to accommodate ad-hoc activities arranged by the Business Unit nd REPH. Has the ability to pick up new information quickly and adapt to business needs as the team would be required to be assigned to multiple start-up projects. Has the confidence to converse in BU partners and Business Customers outside the Philippines. [Conversational English Required] Must be willing to work in Night Shift or Switching Shifts as needed.
