Popis pozice: Are you passionate about customer relationship management and business operations? We’re looking for a dedicated individual to play a key role in planning and executing our business strategies for parts and merchandise.Key Responsibilities:– Plan and execute business plans and budgets
– Implement and report on strategy programs
– Provide reports and forecasts to senior management
– Set and analyze sales targets for dealers
– Develop sales promotions and incentive programs
– Analyze and maintain parts pricing
– Support dealers with orders and customer-related cases
– Continuously review market trends and recommend improvements
– Apply Total Quality Management (TQM) principles for continuous improvement
Požadavky: – Dealership work experience
– Proven analytical skills and experience in Sales Planning
– Degree in Business or Engineering
– Strong communication and relationship-building skills
– Excellent time management and flexibility
– High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and specialized software (e.g., Business Objects)
– TQM analysis capabilityNice to Have:
– After Sales experience
– Knowledge of Hungarian
– Project management and budget administration experience

Expected salary: 40000 – 60000 per month
