We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Curriculum Support and Governance Officer to join our team. This position plays a key role in coordinating internal and external accreditation activities, supporting curriculum projects, and assisting with teaching and learning initiatives across the School of Education.You will:

  • Coordinate and support accreditation and re-accreditation processes (with the Teacher Registration Board of WA, and Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority).
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage timelines, data collation, and documentation for curriculum development and course reviews.
  • Coordinate teaching and learning projects and support curriculum transformation and improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders including regulatory bodies, academic and professional staff, and governance teams.

Experience
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Completion of a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, with at least five years’ subsequent experience in administration and complex project support.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively with external stakeholders and/or regulatory authorities.
  • Strong ability to write, edit, and prepare formal documentation for both internal and external audiences to a high professional standard.
  • High level of digital literacy, including experience using large corporate systems to input, extract, and interpret data, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and related applications.
  • Proven ability to deliver efficient, high-quality service in a complex and deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to provide high-level, confidential executive support while managing competing priorities and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective networks across a large and complex organisation.
