As a CTP Investigations Specialist, you’ll lead and conduct complex investigations associated with fraud, abuse, and policy conditions requiring you to act with professionalism and integrity whilst leveraging your extensive investigative experience. You’ll develop and implement investigative strategies in collaboration with CTP stakeholders as well as working in collaboration with F&I Intelligence to utilise advanced investigative techniques and tools to gather and analyse evidence.This is a permanent role with flexibility to be based anywhere in Australia.About You

• Demonstrated experience both managing complex CTP fraud and policy investigations
• Solid experience in personal injury claims management
• Experience working with law enforcement and/ or with legal profession, including giving evidence in civil or criminal proceedings
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant CTP Acts, NSW, SA and ACT
• Strong analytical and verbal communications
• Knowledge of Australian insurance laws and regulations.
• Certificate III / IV in Investigations – preferred
• Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice, Law or a related field – preferred
• Familiarity with digital forensics – preferred
