Engage in boundaryless collaboration across the entire organization.Additional RequirementsYour experience counts!Experience in designing / managing CRM with hands-on/functional consultant experience in Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud implementation with deep functional, industry and client facing experienceShould be certified in Salesforce across different Salesforce CloudsShould have experience in Salesforce multi-cloud implementationExperience with CRM, Marketing software, Channel integration, Real Time Decisioning is desirable.Strong understanding of how digital channels work together to create a cohesive, personalized marketing program for the customer, not just knowledge of one channelExperience managing CRM Programs for large, complex clients with proficiency in measurement and operationsAbility to drive the engagement with minimal supervisor involvement and should be able to work independently from onshore/offshoreAbility to establish and build on working relationships effectivelyHands-on experience of salesforceGood Consulting experience is preferredExperience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizationsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical skills and the ability to drive results-oriented decisions. Data-driven mindset within proven utilization of information to drive decisions, calibrate and results.Highly organized, proven ability to develop efficient processes that elevate team performance and drive resultsProven success in navigating global matrixed environments and / or experience in client facing rolesAbility to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environmentAbility to work in a fast paced and unstructured environmentAdditional Info
