Together, we can create a brighter future through technology.Job Descriptions:Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for CRM system implementationCustomize and configure the CRM system to meet client-specific needs.Conduct system testing and troubleshoot any issues or bugsProvide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the CRM systemCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the CRM software with other business systemsAssist in data migration and system upgradesStay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Cloud solutionRequired Skills and Qualifications:Degree / Higher Diploma in Information Systems / Computer Science / IT / Business / Accounting or equivalentKnowledge in CRM / ERP / BI / reporting solutions such as: Dynamics 365 CRM, Finance & Operation, Business Central, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle NetSuite and Epicor will be an advantageFamiliar with Salesforce Automation, Loyalty, Service Management knowledge is a mustStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectivelyGood at handling customer enquiry with good sense of business acumen and teamwork mindsetEager to learn new products and solutionsGood command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and CantoneseFresh Grad and Less experience will be considered as Associate ConsultantCompensation and Benefits:· Competitive base salary with incentive potential· 5-day work week· Excellent career development opportunities· MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund) and medical insurance coverage· Opportunity to explore Microsoft ERP, BI and Workflow products· Regional and global exposure· On-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledgeAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
