• Develop and optimize reports and automation systems using Power BI
• Extract, analyse, and interpret data from Aptify to drive strategic insights
• Identify trends in member behaviour and provide actionable recommendations
• Support colleagues with reporting and data-related queries
• Maintain and improve automation processes to enhance efficiency

Skills/Experience:

• Proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and VBA
• Experience working with CRM databases (Aptify preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
