Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues swiftly will directly impact our cash flow, customer satisfaction, and business success. This role is a maternity cover.🌟 What You’ll Do:As a Credit & Collections Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our finance operations:Own and manage the full collections process for your assigned portfolioBuild professional relationships with internal and external customers to resolve disputes quickly and efficientlyDeliver accurate monthly cash receipts forecasts and ensure targets are metAnalyze customer financials to assess credit risk and make strategic recommendationsSupport leadership with reports, reconciliations, and insightsProactively improve processes to drive results and add value across the board🌟 What We’re Looking For:Fluent French and English (this is a must!)1+ year of experience in credit or collectionsEducational background in Finance or a related fieldStrong analytical mindset and financial acumenExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsA proactive, goal-oriented attitude and ability to manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with accounting principles and risk analysisConfidence in using Excel and Microsoft OfficeComfortable reaching out to customers by phone and following up consistently🌟 Why Join Us?You’ll be empowered to take initiative, own your portfolio, and drive improvements that make a real impact.
