Job description: As a Creatives Resources Manager, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the resources of our creative team. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and anticipating needs to ensure optimal allocation of internal and external resources. Reporting to the Head Of Creative Operations, you will work closely with the Executive Creative Directors, all creatives, and various departments of the agency to ensure smooth collaboration within the Creation team.On a daily basis, you will manage the schedule of a creative team composed of Art Directors, Creative Strategists, and Copywriters (+30 people). You will centralize, evaluate, and prioritize the agency’s creative needs. As the main point of contact for the team, you will be the preferred interlocutor of the Client Services department (Accounts Manager/Director) to find planning/resource solutions that meet the agency’s business and creative challenges.As a Creatives Resources Manager, your main tasks will be:Traffic management for “Creation – conception” (Art Directors, Creative Strategists, Copywriters)Qualifying booking requests.Verifying and comparing requests against quotes / remaining work.Processing requests and updating team schedules.Managing priorities, arbitration, and communication of solutions.Anticipation and coordination of needsClose collaboration with the Client Services department to anticipate upcoming needs.Creating and updating workload plans by business unit to prevent overflows and plan solutions in advance.Support for the Creation team processesOrganizing and planning the main creative processes of the agency.Identifying areas for improvement to enrich and streamline current processes.Management of the freelance pool related to the team’s skillsConsolidating and developing the network.Negotiating costs and managing contracts.Controlling and managing invoicing.Operational managementDetailed knowledge of the teams (strengths/weaknesses, specialties, experiences, soft skills, etc.).Availability, listening, and proactivity.Preferred experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in a communication/advertising agency as a Creatives Traffic Manager/Resources Manager, or any other role requiring the planning of creative teams.Excellent knowledge of the communication industry, the functioning of an agency, and the roles of different creatives.Solid ability to prioritize, plan ahead, and proactively propose solutions to ongoing deadlines.An analytical mind and able to turn what looks complex into a simple workflow framework that everyone understands and follows.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with Account Managers, Creative Directors, and all creatives.Excellent team management skills, and an ability to understand everyone’s point of view and expectations.Collaborative, flexible approach for finding solutions.Speaking English in a professional capacity, and native or fluent French.Want to know more?Rencontrez Guillaume, Co Founder & CEORencontrez Hana, Business DirectorDiscover the companyExplore the company’s profile or follow them to find out if they’re the right fit!Follow them!The companyMarketing / Communications150 employeesFounded in 2010Average age: 36 years oldRevenue: CHF 25MEmployee turnover: 22%53%47%Who are they?Révéler le potentiel de chacun: voilà l’objectif de BuzzBrothers.
